NBW against nine in Bihar

Patna: A local court in Bihar has issued non-bailable arrest warrants against nine persons, including a local Congress leader, for allegedly burning an “unclothed” effigy of a Dalit woman leader.

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas, Ramakant Ram, on Wednesday booked the accused under various sections of the SCs and STs (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
