Notice to Asaram ashram for land norm violations

INDORE: The district administration on Friday issued notice to the Asaram Bapu Ashram for its alleged violation of land allotment norms. It has been embroiled in a controversy over the death of two students.

District Magistrate Rakesh Srivastava said here that the ashram was asked to reply within a week. He said seven hectares was allotted to it in 1998 at Limbodi and Bilawali villages. It was made clear that no permanent construction would be built there.
