This year they will present talented young disciples of maestros – four vocalists and one sarod artist. The opening concert on August 9, 6 p.m. is by Pushkar Lee, disciple of Pt. Vijay Sardeshmukh, which will be followed by Abir Hussain on sarod.

On August 10, Koushik Aithal, a student of Pt. Parameshwar Hegde, will start the proceedings. At 11.45 a.m. Girija Devi’s student Piu Mukherjee sings.
