YSR coming on August 17

VIZIANAGARAM: Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy is arriving here on August 17.

According to a tentative schedule released by Collector B. Kishore on Friday, the Chief Minister would participate in the mega medical camp under Rajiv Arogyasri programme at Parvathipuram in the morning on that day and later participate in the birthday celebrations of senior Congress MLA P. Sambasiva Raju at Moida in Nellimarla mandal.

It may be recalled that the scheduled visit of the Chief Minister to Parvathipuram on August 5 was cancelled due to heavy downpour.

Minister for Housing B. Satyanarayana on Thursday evening visited the football ground at Thomaspeta in Nellimarla, the mandal headquarters village, for making arrangements for a public meeting. District Collector Sambasiva Raju, V.V. Rama Rao, MLC, and others accompanied him.
