More arrests made

BANGALORE: The Ramanagaram police have arrested four persons for their alleged involvement in the murder of 35-year-old social activist A.T. Babu near Mayaganahalli near Ramanagaram in the last week of July.
The police gave the names of the accused as Lakshmanagowda of Kamakshipalya, Byra of Dasarahalli, Kumar of Dobbespet and Manja of Turvekere. The four were arrested in Kanigarabeedi near Thalghatpura.
Earlier, the police had arrested two persons.
A gang hacked A.T. Babu while he was in a car along with two other volunteers Sister Celia and Rukmini. Babu was in an anti-alcohol movement.
