Man clubbed to death

VIRUDHUNAGAR: A domestic quarrel led to a man, N. Nalla Mohammed (32), assaulting his brother-in-law M. Syed Ibrahim (52) with a club following which he died near Irukkangudi on Saturday.

The police said that Ibrahim used to pressurise his wife to get money from his parents. Following one such incident, Nalla Mohammed along with his father Nakthar Mohammed (78) quarrelled with him. The wordy duel took a worse turn as Nalla Mohammed attacked with a club killing him on the spot. The police have nabbed the father.
