VISAKHAPATNAM: Tension marked the post-mortem of a third year computer science and engineering student at the mortuary of King George Hospital on Saturday. Several students gathered at the mortuary after A. Rubina, 20, a student of Viswanadha Institute of Technology and Management (VITAM) died on Friday when she came in between two college buses while getting down from one near Anandapuram. Enraged over the accident, the students accused the management of not maintaining the buses properly. Her father, Krishna Rao, a businessman in Orissa’s Berhampur, rushed to the city on knowing about her sudden demise and lodged a complaint later. Rubina was rushed in 108 ambulance on Friday afternoon to a corporate hospital where she died while undergoing treatment. The Anandapuram police are enquiring. Meanwhile, the VITAM management expressed its shock over the accident.
