IAS officer promoted

CHENNAI: P.R. Bindhumadhavan, IAS, Principal Secretary/Chairman and Managing Director, Overseas Manpower Corporation Limited, Chennai, has been promoted to Chief Secretary Grade and designated as Additional Chief Secretary/Chairman and Managing Director, Overseas Manpower Corporation Limited, Chennai. On completion of their executive training in the districts, K. Raghupathy, C. Rajendran and P. Muthuveeran, all IAS officers, have been posted to act as Sub-Collectors at Gobichettipalayam, Chengalpattu and Pudukkottai. — Special Correspondent
