Gastroenteritis cases on the rise

BERHAMPUR: Gastroenteritis cases have started to rise at Ramayapatna village on Ganjam coast. The village recently faced the wrath of large tidal waves.

Around 30 gastroenteritis cases were reported from the village. Chikiti MLA Usha Devi rushed to the village to take note of the losses due to high tide and the health problems.

A medical team was rushed to village to check further rise in gastroenteritis cases and 25 quintals of rice was provided as a relief measure.
