Sasaram: Four members of a family were killed and two others sustained burns when lightning struck them at a place in Bihar’s Rohtas district on Sunday, police said. The tragedy occurred when the persons, who were working on a field, had rushed to a nearby hut for cover because of incessant rains, the police said. While four persons-- Ram Pyare Choudhary (40), his wife Laxmin Devi (30), Buchan Devi (20) and son Akshay Kumar (07) were killed on the spot, two others-- Ramdas Choudhary and Fulwaso Devi, who sustained severe burns, were admitted to a government hospital at Kachwa, they said.
