Salem DIG injured in accident

NATRAMPALLI: Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG), Salem Range, and his wife sustained minor injuries when a private car in which they were travelling met with an accident at Vellakalnatham near here on Sunday.

Mr. Senbagaraman and Latha were travelling in the car to Chennai. The accident occurred when the driver lost control of the vehicle and dashed against the rear of a private bus, which took a sudden turn. — Staff Reporter
