Patna: A youth, who claimed to be the grandson of a union minister from Bihar, has been arrested on charge of drunken driving and clashing with policemen at Kankerbagh police station area in the state capital here, police said on Monday. The young man was allegedly driving a car at high speed in an inebriated condition and was accompanied by four friends and a bodyguard, the police said. He was sent to the lock-up after medical examination, the report of which confirmed the presence of alcohol. He was produced before a judicial magistrate today, who remanded him to judicial custody for 14 days.
