Amritsar: Former Parliamentarian and president of Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) Simarjit Singh Mann on Monday asked Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to take steps to reopen gurdwaras in Afghanistan. He said that the PM should also hold talks with Islamabad for the safe repatriation of Indian national Sarabjit Singh and if needed, Afzal Guru should be handed over to Pakistan.
