CPI (M) stages dharna

Chittoor: CPI (M) activists staged a dharna before the Collectorate here on Monday demanding the authorities to sanction house site pattas, government land for irrigation and pensions to the eligible poor people besides ration cards. Speaking on the occasion State executive council member Somaiah said that party workers undertook padayatras in all mandals and towns in the State to pressure the government to take speedy action.- Correspondent
