CHANDIGARH: The Haryana Government has issued transfer orders of three IPS officers with immediate effect. V. B. Singh, Director, State Vigilance Bureau has been posted as Additional Director General of Police, Crime in place of Sharad Kumar who goes as Director, Vigilance and Security, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam, Panchkula. Hanif Qureshi, awaiting posting orders, has been given the charge of Commandant, Third Battalion, IRB at Bhondsi.
