Woman, daughter found dead

VILLUPURAM: S.Kamatchi (55) and her daughter Indira Gandhi (32) were found dead under mysterious circumstances in their farmhouse at Kuthalampattu near Avalurpettai in Ginjee block on Monday.
Police said blood traces were found in their noses and ears thereby creating suspicion that they might have been suffocated to death. The bodies were sent to the Ginjee government hospital for postmortem. Police suspect that the deaths could be the fall out of the lingering a property dispute. In the past 10 years Kamatchi’s husband Sevi Goundar and son Ayyanarappan and an infant (Ayyanarappan’s child) were murdered.
The police are investigating.
