Train services restored

Staff Reporter

Bangalore: Train services to Mangalore will be restored on Wednesday, according to sources in the Railways.

On Sunday, a landslip buried 70 metres of railway tracks between Yedakumeri and Siribagilu in the Hassan-Mangalore section of the line connecting Bangalore and Mangalore.

This had resulted in the cancellation of trains 6517 (Yeshwantpur-Mangalore) and 6518 (Mangalore-Yeshwantpur).
