Awareness programme held

PUDUCHERRY: The Urban Health Centre of Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) organised an awareness programme as part of the World Breastfeeding Week on Tuesday.

Head, Department of Paediatrics of JIPMER Srinivasan spoke on the importance of breastfeeding. Professor of Department of Preventive Medicine Gautam Rai also addressed the gathering on the occasion.
