Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal on Wednesday wrote to the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh thanking him for providing over 9000 Direct To Home (DTH) Receive systems in the tribal district of Kinnaur. He also requested for another 20,000 DTH systems for other tribal areas of the hill State. With the installation of more DTH systems in these remote areas,every household would have access to all the Doordarshan and AIR channels,he said in the letter. –PTI
