Congress poll manifesto panel

NEW DELHI: Karol Bagh MP Krishna Tirath has been appointed convener of the 15-member Election Manifesto Committee for the Delhi Assembly elections, DPCC president J.P. Agarwal announced on Wednesday.

The names were approved by Congress president Sonia Gandhi. Other members of the committee are: Kiran Walia, Mukesh Sharma, Ramakant Goswami, Vishwa Bandhu Gupta, Abhjit Singh Gulati, Aziz Ahmed Siddiqui, Balwan Khokhar, Chatar Singh, Dhirendra Tyagi, Farhad Suri, Jai Kishan Sharma, Purushottam Goyal, Rakesh Rajora and Sulekh Chand Jain.
