Guidance to voters
In view of the problems being faced by some voters to check the electoral rolls, GVMC Additional Commissioner Pola Bhaskar has made some suggestions. The polling stations had not been changed though changes have been effected in the Assembly and Parliamentary constituencies due to delimitation exercise.
The voters’ lists were on display at the polling stations where a voter had exercised his or her franchise during the last election. Hence the voters could go to the polling station and verify the voters’ lists, Mr. Bhaskar said.
