ELURU: Alluri Aparna, NRI girl from the city, has won accolades from the White House for her academic excellence. US President George Bush presented Aparna, a Class-II student in alifornia State, the President’s Education Award for her outstanding performance in academics, according to her grandfather A.V.N. Raju. In the certificate, Mr. Bush said, “this award demonstrates that when you do your best and follow your dreams, there is no limit to what you can achieve”.
