ELURU: The administration has made all arrangements for the Independence Day celebrations here on Friday. Minister for Minor Irrigation Maganti Venkateswara Rao will hoist the national flag and receive guard of honour from the armed forces, Collector G. Jayalakshmi said. The Minister will also honour a number of government personnel for their meritorious services.
