REGIONAL TASTE: The Ford Fiesta is welded in Cologne, Germany. The company on Thursday began global production of its new subcompact Fiesta here. The vehicle is the first product to come out of the company’s new global development process, which aims to produce models that are tailored to regional tastes but have the same underpinnings.
