Regularisation camp now on till August 19

Staff Reporter

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Government has now extended the camp organised at Delhi Secretariat to verify the documents of 1,639 unauthorised colonies by two days and it would therefore also function on August 18 and 19.

Urban Development Minister Rajkumar Chauhan said on Friday that the dates of the camp have been extended keeping in view the interests of the representatives of the unauthorised colonies. He said this initiative of the Govt. would ensure that regularisation of 1,639 unauthorised colonies , which include 149 colonies which have not been notified in Lal Dora extension, becomes a certainty.
