Independence Day celebrated

NEW DELHI: Salwan Public School celebrated Independence Day and also held its investiture ceremony at its Gurgaon premises on Friday.

The programme began with students sharing their views on Independence Day. This was followed by singing of “Vande Mataram” and unfurling of the Tri-colour.

During the investiture ceremony, the newly-elected student council members pledged to uphold the dignity of their respective posts and to perform their duties with sincerity.
