Patna: An undertrial prisoner committed suicide in the Barh civil court premises in Patna district on Friday. Kanhaiya Mahto (30) hanged himself from the ventilator of a toilet using a towel in the sub-division court premises at Barh, 40 km from here, when he was brought for routine production, police sources said. Mahto, a resident of Begusarai district, was jailed for allegedly murdering his wife.
