Mall celebrates I-Day with a difference

City-based M&M Shopping Mall celebrated Independence Day with a difference. A special photo exhibition was arranged on its premises on Friday, displaying the photographs of India’s freedom struggle. Photographs of various events that took place between 1947 and 1960 were put on display. Calling upon people to fight against terrorism and create a safer Vijayawada, its managers erected a huge banner outside the mall on Mahatma Gandhi Road. People who visited the mall expressed their solidarity with the cause by signing on the banner.
