Attacks terrorismHe castigated terrorism and reiterated his government’s resolve not to allow it to “flourish” in the State. He said terrorists were using modern technology and weaponry. “We need to arm the security forces with similar knowledge and technology to match the terror groups.” Mr. Modi said the “Security University” would be exclusively for those students who wanted to make protection of the State and the nation their profession. They would be trained in modern technology to fight terrorism. The Chief Minister said the progress of the State had been opening up new job opportunities both in the public and the private sectors.
