PUDUCHERRY: Chief Minister N. Rangasamy on Friday released a documentary titled “Green and Clean Puducherry” produced by the Pollution Control Committee. Mr. Rangasamy handed over the first print of the documentary to Member Secretary Pollution Control Committee M. Arunachalam. It was made to create awareness among the general public on the need to preserve nature, conserve water, protect wild animals, ill effects of plastic carry bags and noise pollution.
