Ghising bereaved

KOLKATA: Gorkha National Liberation Front leader Subhas Ghising’s wife Dhanakumari Ghising died after a massive heart attack on Saturday.

She was declared brought dead at the hospital where she was taken from her makeshift residence at a guest house of the Teesta Barage project.

State Urban Affairs Minister Ashok Bhattacharyya said the cremation would take place in Darjeeling in accordance with the wishes of Mr. Ghising.
