Notification issued for civic body polls

BHUBANESWAR: Election officers on Saturday formally came out with notification for filing up of nomination papers for election into 92 urban local bodies.

Interested candidates may file their nominations from August 20 to August 26 between 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at offices of respective election officers, State Election Commission (SEC) said here in a statement. Each election officer receiving nominations on a particular day would publish the list of names at 5 p.m. on the same day, it said.
