Student killed

TIRUR: A Plus One student of J.M. Higher Secondary School here was killed when he lost control of the motorcycle he was riding and went under a speeding bus at Chamravattom, near here, on Sunday. Salman Faris, 17, son of Arafayil Baputty from Thriprangode, was trying to overtake a private bus heading for Chamravattom when his bike skidded and he went under the wheels of the bus. He died on the spot. — Staff Reporter
