TDP demands probe into land allotment

HYDERABAD: The Telugu Desam Party has demanded an enquiry into land allotments since Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy became Chief Minister in 2004. At a press conference here on Sunday, A. Revanth Reddy, MLC, alleged irregularities in the land allotments to several industrial houses.

He recalled the Punjab example when its former Chief Minister the late Pratap Singh Khairon was forced to resign by the then Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru.
