Water level

MADURAI: The level in the Periyar dam on Sunday stood at 128.50 feet (full level 136 feet) with an inflow of 995 cusecs and nil discharge. The level in the Vaigai dam was 63.52 feet (71 feet) with an inflow of 731 cusecs and a discharge of 41 cusecs. The combined Periyar credit stood at 5,261 mcft. Periyar Dam recorded a rainfall of 1 mm.
