Demonstration staged

OMALUR: Residents of Maniyakkaranur staged a demonstration here on Monday urging the district administration to provide rice to all the eligible cardholders.

The residents claimed that only 200 cardholders were given rice in the fair price shop.

They wanted the administration to supply PDS goods including rice to all the eligible cardholders.
