Muzaffarnagar: Four people died and two dozen are undergoing treatment after an outbreak of fever in several villages of Yamuna Terai area in the district. Three people, Sumit (18), Jaber Singh (50) and Kehar Singh (55) have died at Kheri Khushha village while one child Shivam (3) died in Pathanpura of the district, said Chief medical officer, P K Jain. Medical teams have been sent to the affected areas for treatment, he added.
