Bartronics bags Rs. 400 crore contract

HYDERABAD: Bartronics India has bagged a Rs. 400 crore contract for providing smart cards under the Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana scheme by Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). The smart card would contain individual and family data including bio-metric in a 32K micro-chip The solution may also be extended to any other type of ESI beneficiaries, says a release.
