Four killed

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Four persons, three of them motorcyclists, were killed and another injured in road accidents on Monday.

A teacher of Elavattom BRMHSS, Ajayakumar, 39, was killed when KSRTC Superfast rammed the two-wheeler he was riding near Karate at 10.30 a.m. He is a resident of Ajaya Bhavan, Pulimath. In another accident, a hotelier, Bhaskaran, 61, was killed near the CMFRI’s marine aquarium at Vizhinjam when a KSRTC bus collided with his scooter at 10 a.m.

Ashokan, 38, was killed and another injured when their motorcycle collided with a goods auto at Mangalapuram at 6 p.m. The deceased was identified as Ashokan, 38, a resident of Shashtavattom.

Babu, 56, was fatally knocked down by a speeding vehicle near Valiyathura.
