Ghastly smash-up

Mangled remains: M. Subrahmanyam (43), his wife Sujatha (37), son Harish Kumar (17) and daughter Sravya (15) belonging to Macherla of Guntur district were killed in a road accident at Anjimedu, 25 km from Tirupati on the Nellore highway in the early hours of Tuesday. The family was proceeding towards Tirupati when the car collided with an oil tanker coming in the opposite direction.
