CPI(M) against Government Order

BANGALORE: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) has objected to the Government Order handing over the administration and management of the Mahabaleshwara Temple of Gokarna in Uttara Kannada to Ramachandrapura math in Shimoga district.

In a press release here on Tuesday, Secretary of the State unit of CPI(M) V.J.K. Nair urged the Government to immediately withdraw the order and allow the temple to be managed by the local committee in Gokarna.
