Plea to exempt small industries from surcharge

KOCHI: The Kerala State Small Industries Association has urged the government to exempt small industries from the proposed power surcharge. A statement issued by association president A.P.M. Abdul Rahim here on Tuesday said the thermal surcharge on power would affect the very existence of the small industries.
