Four members of motorcycle gang held
NEW DELHI: Four members of a motorcycle gang have been arrested for their alleged involvement in several cases of robbery and attempt to murder.
Acting on a tip-off, a police team laid a trap near Raja Harish Chander Hospital on Monday and arrested Krishan, Pawan, Praveen and Pramjit. The alleged gang leader Sonu managed to escape along with his two accomplices. Two country-made pistols and four live cartridges have allegedly been seized from them.
The gang had allegedly opened fire at a wine shop employee during robbery on July 5, the police said.
