KATHMANDU: Three days after assuming office, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachanda) has said the Union Cabinet would be formed on Thursday. He was speaking to reporters after holding a meeting with the CPN (UML). General secretary of the UML, Jhalanatha Khanal, said the two parties agreed to be flexible in sharing power. While the UML and Maoists have been demanding for the Local Development Ministry, the UML and Madhesi Janadhikar Forum want the Ministry of Water Resources. Mr. Khanal said a final decision would be taken by Thursday.
