Muzaffarnagar: A Lok Dal leader was shot dead at Kandhla- Kairana road in the district, the police said. The incident took place on Tuesday evening when Lok Dal leader Suresh Pal, an ex-Gram Pradhan, was shot by assailants allegedly over old enmity, the police said. No arrest has been made so far in this connection, they added.
