CPI (M) charge
Kakinada: The CPI (M) district committee has strongly objected to the regularisation of 57.39 acres of assigned land under the possession of MLA Vatti Vasanth Kumar stating that the related G.O. No. 891 was in violation of a stay order of the High Court issued in 2007. The party has resolved to approach the court seeking cancellation of the impugned G.O. and distribution of the above land to the poor, party’s State committee member B. Venkat told reporters here on Thursday.
The Left party will also inform Central and State S.C/S.T Commissions about the illegal regularisation of assigned land in favour of the ruling party MLA and ask for their directions to the State Government so that the poor would not be deprived of their land.
