Imagine GHMC Commissioner C.V.S.K. Sarma in a different role like flying in the dark over the city or for that matter, wave a wand to unleash magic. The other day at the Hyderabad DDRC meeting, Dr. Sarma was compared to these roles by Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi. Highlighting the issue of many key posts in the corporation lying vacant, Mr.Owaisi said that the Commissioner was no Harry Potter to
get things done with the wave of a wand. The issue was woes of citizens during recent heavy rain. The Commissioner was going around even in the middle of the night to monitor the situation.
