Sirsa: A youth has been arrested on the charge of raping a mentally-challenged minor girl at Panjuana in the district, the Police said on Friday. The accused Subhash of Panjuana was arrested under various sections of IPC. In her complaint with police, victim’s mother stated that her daughter was lured out of her house to the village school where the accused raped her on Wednesday. Passers-by, who rescued the girl, bashed up the accused and handed him over to police.
