Two arrested for selling pirated books

NEW DELHI: Two persons have been arrested by the Crime Branch of the Delhi police for allegedly selling pirated books. The police claim to have seized 13,000 books worth Rs. 35 lakh.

A Crime Branch team on Thursday mounted raids at two godowns in Okhla and seized 6,890 pirated books from there and arrested Farmanullah Khan. In another raid, they arrested Mohammad Murshid and seized 6,473 books.
