Three arrested in murder case
NEW DELHI: Three persons, including a minor, have been arrested in connection with a murder inside the Qutab Minar complex here on Wednesday.
According to the police, Dinesh Tiwari (25) had borrowed Rs.1,000 from his colleague Azam Khan two years ago and had not returned the money. An altercation broke out between the two earlier this month when Azam asked for the money, but Dinesh refused to return the amount. Enraged by the refusal, Azam Khan allegedly hatched a plan along with his friends Ajit Khan and a minor to eliminate Dinesh.
Azam took Dinesh to the Qutab Minar complex on Wednesday evening and allegedly stabbed him to death. The three then scaled the rear wall of the complex and fled.
